Patrice has once again been invited to join over 55 artists from across the nation who will come together to paint en plein air from August 15 through 28 in a 50 mile radius around Estes Park, and within Rocky Mountain National Park. Following the sanctioned painting period, which ends on Friday, August 28, a QuickDraw will be held on Saturday August 29 along with an exhibition and sale of the freshly painting works from the two week event. Patrice will join other invited artists for this plein air festival of painting in historic down Cheyenne and in the surrounding Wyoming countryside from August 1 through 14. Following the sanctioned painting period, there will be a QuickDraw event on the morning of August 15, and beginning Saturday afternoon, there will be an exhibition and sale of the freshly painted plein air works created during the event. The exhibition will be held August 15 through September 30. Patrice will be showing her plein air works at the Deselms Fine Art Gallery in Cheyenne, WY.

The Plein Air Painters of New Mexico will have their annual paintout and show in Taos for 2009. Patrice will join 50 other artists in painting around Taos and the surrounding northern New Mexico terrain from July 24 through 29. An exhibition and sale of the paintings created during the event will begin Saturday, August 1, at the Wilder Nightingale Gallery in downtown Taos. A reception will be from 5 to 8 in the evening, with many artists in attendance. The exhibition will hang from August 1 through 16.
